The Role

The Real Estate Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and performance optimization across all Richcraft divisions — including residential leasing, land development, construction, property management, and hospitality. This position is responsible for building robust analytical frameworks, developing executive dashboards, and delivering actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and long-term strategic growth.

In this Role you will:

Data Integration & Reporting
  • Develop and deliver recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) analytical reports and executive summaries highlighting key market trends, benchmarking analyses, and best practices.
  • Consolidate and standardize data from multiple platforms (Yardi, Mark Systems, Rent Café, Salesforce, etc.) into unified business intelligence dashboards.
  • Build automated and interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor key KPIs (occupancy, absorption rate, rent roll growth, construction progress, cost per sq. ft., etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with Development, Construction, Finance, Property Management, and Marketing teams to define relevant KPIs and ensure consistent reporting standards.
Strategic & Performance Analytics
  • Provide sensitivity data and scenario analyses on pricing, phasing, and financing options to support development strategy and capital deployment.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, visual insights that enable evidence-based decision-making at the executive level.
  • Produce forward-looking analytics for quarterly and annual strategic reviews, including project pipeline capacity, land bank utilization, and portfolio diversification.
  • Use trend and variance analyses to detect early indicators of risks and opportunities in leasing, construction, and operations.
Data Governance & Optimization
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across all reporting systems and databases.
  • Support the integration of new BI tools and promote a culture of data literacy across departments.
  • Continuously refine data models and reporting automation to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability of insights.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in Power BI or SQL are strong assets.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or performance reporting
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or asset management environments preferred.
  • Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel
  • Proven experience designing KPI dashboards and performance scorecards.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to identify and quantify opportunities to improve efficiency, margins, and ROI.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
