• Install and configure the latest data center networking and compute equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with expert assistance.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd tier consultation to debug complex network topologies using SD‑Access, Catalyst Center, SD‑WAN, and other advanced protocols.
• Support customers during critical network incidents and manage a case load of high‑criticality issues.
• Identify, document, and resolve customer‑reported issues while driving customer satisfaction.
• Analyze diverse problems and correlate data across multiple platforms.
• Deliver system/product training to customers and contribute to the knowledge base for internal partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional high‑touch technical services teams and product engineering.
• Lead problem resolution efforts with internal stakeholders, including HTOM, HTE, TAC, and product engineering.
• Eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

• 1–5 years of networking experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of routing protocols such as IPv4/IPv6, EIGRP, IS‑IS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and segment routing.
• Experience with Cisco routers ISR, ASR, CCR, and switches from the 2900/3600/4500/6500 series.
• Strong understanding of Layer 2 technologies (VTP, STP, MST, RSTP+, VLANs, Ether Channels).
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS).
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Live in Ottawa, Canada, or willing to relocate.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

• Experience with security technologies such as ISE and Trust Sec, and wireless networking.
• Knowledge of Cisco SD‑WAN technologies and deployment of controller/edge devices.
• Team‑player focused on customer success.
