Compensation: Marketing Generalist 18:
Salaries range from $94,664 to $126,219 annually, based on qualifications and experience, plus a performance-based incentive.

As part of the Chief Operations Officer Group (COO), the Marketing Strategy and Effectiveness (MSE) team supports Brand, Demand Generation, Customer Experience, Customer Analytics, Martech and Web Experience initiatives. The Marketing Operations Lead will support the Operations team to drive coherence, efficiency and scalability across the marketing department.
What You Will Be Doing- Lead quarterly planning process for the marketing department
- Lead operational planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Maintain visibility into project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation at scale
- Ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives
- Facilitate collaboration between marketing teams to ensure integration across campaigns
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve campaign and initiative execution
- Develop and maintain standardized processes, templates, and documentation
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline
- Recommend ways to leverage existing tools and platforms to improve marketing efficiency
- Collaborate with martech owners to ensure tools are used effectively by the marketing team
- Promote automation and digital workflows to reduce manual tasks and increase scalability
- Define and track key operational metrics and KPIs
- Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into campaign performance and team productivity
- Deliver actionable insights to marketing leadership for strategic decision-making
- Serve as a central point of coordination between marketing teams and agency partners
- Facilitate communication, alignment, and documentation across teams
- Support resource planning and capacity management across the department
- Assist in tracking marketing budgets and spend against plan
- Support vendor management
- Maintain and enforce operational documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and campaign playbooks
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., privacy laws)
- Promote consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, , Wrike)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Looker, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Proven track record of being result oriented
- Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)
- Experience working in or with sales or channel departments
- Familiar with the exporter journey
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops or similar work management tools
- Experience with GenAI tools
