Position: Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer (10+ years) to support the final phase of a large-scale national animal

Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Dynamics / Power Platform Developer (10+ years) to support the final phase of a large-scale national animal health tracking initiative and to contribute to the final phase of an enterprise project supporting data integration, automation, and modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will work within an Agile delivery team to design, develop, and optimize complex D Online and Azure-based solutions.

The role includes building and maintaining integrations between Dynamics , external systems, and Power Platform components while following best practices in solution management, version control, and continuous delivery.

Tasks:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Agile team to deliver assigned user stories and features.
  • Develop and document D/Power Platform and Azure-based solutions.
  • Create proof-of-concepts and technical documentation as needed.
  • Participate in design and strategy discussions, providing input on architecture and performance optimization.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and solution deployments using Azure Dev Ops.
  • Assist with testing, knowledge transfer, and demos to support successful project delivery.

    • Must Haves:

  • 10+ years of experience with Dynamics /CRM
    , including at least 5 years in D Online
    .
  • Proven experience with Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, Queues, Storage, and firewall/security group configuration.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and client-side scripting in model-driven apps.
  • Experience using Dataverse
    , Power Automate (Flows), and Power Apps (Model-Driven) for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops and Git (branching, PRs, CI/CD pipelines, release management).
  • Microsoft Certifications such as:
  • Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-)
  • Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-)
  • Dynamics Fundamentals (MB-)
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-) or equivalent
  • Security Clearance:
    Reliability

    • Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with AEM, ArcGIS, or WCF service integrations.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform Build Tools, Plugin Registration Tool (PRT), and Xrm Tool Box .
  • Background in biosecurity or public sector data systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
