Position: Senior SAP MM Analyst to support enterprise supply chain analytics and ERP transformation oversight for a public sector

Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior SAP MM Analyst to support enterprise supply chain analytics and ERP transformation oversight
.

Background:

As the organization modernizes its ERP platforms, the group requires enhanced visibility into how supply chain and materiel management processes will be affected across the enterprise. This role will help the group assess ERP impacts, strengthen supply chain data and processes, and ensure material management capabilities continue to support operations effectively.

Tasks:

  • Analyze SAP MM (Material Management) functional processes to assess impacts of ECC6 to S/4

    HANA transformation on supply chain, inventory, materiel, fuel, and logistics functions.
  • Support interpretation of SAP configuration changes and their implications for strategic sustainment activities, readiness reporting, and operational support.
  • Translate functional requirements into actionable observations for leadership informed by supply chain best practices and logistics domain knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on SAP MM process design, business process flows, integration points, and functional gaps.
  • Collaborate with ERP transformation teams, project leads, and technical architects to clarify how business requirements map to SAP capabilities and future-state solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP integration scenarios, ensuring that MM functional processes appropriately interoperate with related modules (e.g., IM/WM, FI/CO, SD) and external systems.
  • Conduct impact analysis of proposed SAP changes on organizational workflows, reporting data quality, and sustainment performance.
  • Advise on opportunities to simplify or optimize business processes in the context of the S/4

    HANA transition, with a focus on operational effectiveness.
