Product Marketing Manager - Onsite

If you’re curious about the advanced technology that powers fighter jets, armored vehicles, unmanned aircraft, warships, and spacecraft - and you’re a storyteller at heart - this is your opportunity.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who’s a marketer first and technologist second - someone who can translate complex engineering into compelling stories that connect with customers, partners, and decision-makers across the defense and aerospace ecosystem.

At Curtiss-Wright, your work will help position and promote the technologies that protect national security and enable mission success for our nation and its allies. You’ll collaborate across product lines, business units, and geographies to shape go-to-market strategies, build messaging frameworks, and drive campaigns that build awareness, generate demand, and accelerate growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and storytelling — a marketer who’s curious, fast-learning, and motivated by meaningful work. You’ll join a talented, geographically dispersed Marketing team located across North America and Europe. While the position is based onsite in Ottawa, we are open to qualified candidates located elsewhere in North America.

Your Challenge:

  • Shape the story: Craft messaging that connects technical innovation to mission outcomes across air, land, sea, space, and cyber domains

  • Build go-to-market strategies: Partner with product and business leaders to design and execute integrated campaigns that reach key audiences and drive measurable results

  • Create compelling content: Develop high-impact, educational materials - white papers, case studies, web copy, videos, and more - that inform and engage our audience while positioning Curtiss-Wright as a trusted leader in mission-critical systems

  • Support launches: Plan and execute product introductions with clear positioning, messaging, and promotion strategies

  • Enable the sales team: Build sales tools and collateral that help teams communicate value clearly and confidently

  • Analyze and optimize: Measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and refine messaging and tactics to improve engagement and ROI

  • Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Ireland — and with our technology partners — to deliver unified and effective marketing programs

  • Champion curiosity: Push boundaries, challenge assumptions, and bring fresh ideas to elevate marketing’s impact across the organization

What you Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent education

  • 7-10 years of B2B product marketing experience in a technical or industrial sector (aerospace, defense, electronics, or related fields preferred)

  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills - able to turn technical complexity into clear, persuasive language

  • Proven ability to develop go-to-market plans, messaging frameworks, and integrated campaigns

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills - comfortable engaging with engineers, sales teams, and executives alike

  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and performance metrics

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Eloqua, Wrike, or Google Analytics is an asset

  • A self-starter with intellectual curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
