A leading technology services provider is seeking a motivated Helpdesk team member in Ottawa to provide critical IT support services. Candidates must be Canadian Citizens with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience and undergo Top Secret Clearance. Responsibilities include telephone and email support, documenting requests, and troubleshooting issues. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and some overtime may be expected.

Full-time shifts are Monday to Friday, and the position is exclusively onsite.
