Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time, permanent Communication Specialist to support enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role emphasizes bilingual communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management aligned with KM transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with KM and change management goals.
  • Translate complex technical and organizational changes into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with change leads, project managers, and executive sponsors to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Create and manage communication materials including newsletters, FAQs, presentations, and intranet content.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through targeted campaigns, workshops, and feedback loops.
  • Ensure all communications meet Government of Canada accessibility and bilingual standards.
  • Support training and onboarding efforts with tailored communication plans.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and analytics.

  • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with knowledge management systems, taxonomy development, and document migration.
  • Familiarity with hybrid Agile approaches and managing bilingual teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, or security requirements in government projects.
General Requirements
  • Must reside in the Gatineau area in Quebec.
  • Hybrid work arrangement — onsite at least three days per week, with additional days as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Eligibility for Reliability Security status; minimum five years’ residency in Canada.
