Job Description
The Software/System Analyst will be part of the team that has been established to accelerate the technical evolution and support of our Actuaries around the world. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and solid collaborative skills to support the enhancement requirements, non-production and production processes and fixes of the application. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders and support teams across the globe.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related courseMinimum of 2 years of experience with the following:
ETL (e.g. Informatica),
Scheduling
Automation (e.g. CA, CTRL-M),
SQL (e.g. Databases, MS SQL),
Reporting (e.g. Qlikview)Experience in operations management & vendor management, working with stakeholders and support teams across the globeExcellent analytical, problem solving, and solutioning skillsKnowledge and application of change & release management,
ITIL4 & project managementFamiliarity with agile principles, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new featuresUnderstanding of software development lifecycleCollaborative attitude, willingness to work with team members; able to coach, share skills and methodsGood verbal and written communication ; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomesGood organizational, multi-tasking and time management skillsStrong management drive to ensure you meet defined service targets and Service Level AgreementsAbility to maintain the highest level of ethical conduct in safeguarding sensitive, confidential, financial, HR company informationExposure to and basic understanding of business intelligence systems, dashboard reporting, and analytical reportingExposure to and basic understanding of collaboration tools like Teams, JIRA, ConfluenceAbility to code or exposure in Python scripting, Windows PowershellWorking Arrangement: Hybrid, Rotational Shift
