Position Overview

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries at one of our client's Wealth Advisor branch locations in Ottawa, ON
. You will support daily branch operations, deliver an exceptional client experience, and assist advisors with administrative, regulatory, and compliance‑driven activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage account maintenance tasks, including updating client information, processing service requests, and accurately executing transactions.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings while preparing all necessary documentation, reports, and follow‑up materials.
  • Stay informed on regulatory updates and collaborate with the compliance department to ensure ongoing adherence to industry standards.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, files, and reports for audits and regulatory reviews, maintaining organized and compliant records.

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Effective calendar and schedule management

    • Top Skills – MUST HAVES

  • At least one of the following licenses:CSC (Canadian Securities Course)
    CPH (Conduct and Practices Handbook)
  • WME (Wealth Management Essentials)(Required for legally communicating with the advisor’s clients.)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a previous role involving client interaction within mutual funds or financial services
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
    , including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Power Point

    • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics
  • Understanding of financial terminology and concepts

  • Prefer minimal client interaction, as this position is client‑facing

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
