We are a Canadian-based Microsoft consulting firm recently accepted into the Government of Canada’s Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) and Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) supply arrangements. This acceptance allows us to provide specialized IT and business consulting resources to federal departments and agencies.

We are actively building a roster of qualified professionals to support future federal government opportunities.

Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled IT professionals with proven experience delivering solutions within federal government or comparable complex environments. Candidates must possess, or be eligible for, Government of Canada security clearances at the highest levels (up to Top Secret).

These positions will be on a contract basis, aligned with federal task-based or solution-based requirements. Roles may include, but are not limited to:

• Business Analysts
• Data Architects & Data Engineers
• Cybersecurity Specialists
• Project Managers & Solution Architects

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting and technical services as part of task-based or solution-based federal IT projects.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders, project managers, and internal teams to define requirements and deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Apply best practices in system design, development, implementation, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Government of Canada security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise in your domain while contributing to successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant IT consulting, architecture, or development experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in large-scale enterprise or public sector IT environments.
• Strong understanding of federal government processes, standards, and procurement frameworks is an asset.
• Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams, balancing technical excellence with business requirements.
• Mandatory: Valid or eligible Government of Canada Security Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or higher depending on role requirements).
