A leading waste management company in Ontario is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to build strong relationships within the Ottawa Region. The PCBP will serve as the main HR contact, ensuring employee engagement and supporting workforce needs. Responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with operational demands, guiding managers, and maintaining employee records. Candidates should have a strong HR background, preferably 5 years of experience, and excellent conflict resolution skills.

This is a permanent full-time in-office role with compensation ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 per annum.
