As part of a collaborative Talent Management team, you will help shape meaningful employee experiences from onboarding through ongoing development. Reporting to the Senior Director, HR and Talent, you will play a hands‑on role in building inclusive programs and maintaining systems that enable smart, people‑focused decisions across a global team.

Your Responsibilities- You’ll deliver engaging onboarding and orientation sessions that set new hires up for success.
- In this role, you’ll coordinate new hire planning with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- You’ll provide ongoing training support and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- You’ll manage HRIS administration, monitoring workflows and approval processes to maintain data integrity.
- You’ll support health, benefits, and wellness program delivery while preparing employment documentation and internal communications.
- You’ll contribute to policy development, compliance tracking, and accessibility initiatives that strengthen organizational practices.
- 3+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience, including delivering onboarding or training
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of employment, accessibility, and health and safety legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working within HRIS platforms
- CHRP designation and SharePoint experience considered assets
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities
