The Role The Manager, Employee Experience and Culture plays a vital role within the People & Culture team, shaping how employees connect, engage, and experience careers and life s role leads the design and execution of initiatives that strengthen culture, foster belonging, and elevate the day-to‑day employee experience across our hybrid environment. Overseeing internal communications, employee engagement programs, and office experience operations, the Manager ensures that every interaction — from company‑wide announcements to in‑office experiences — reflects Versaterm's values and enhances connection, community, and purpose.

Partnering across functions, this role builds meaningful programs and moments that engage employees and celebrate what makes Versaterm unique.

What You Do

  • Lead the employee experience strategy, designing and implementing initiatives that enhance engagement, belonging, and connection across all stages of the employee journey.
  • Own internal communications while partnering with the Marketing function to ensure consistent, transparent, and engaging messaging that connects employees to company priorities, leadership updates, and cultural moments.
  • Support change management initiatives via communications and storytelling to help employees understand, embrace, and be part of organizational changes and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee the Office Experience Team, ensuring a welcoming, productive, and connected in‑office experience that reflects Versaterm's culture and values.
  • Plan and execute engagement programs and events — including company‑wide initiatives, recognition programs, and celebrations that build community and foster inclusion.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Management, and leaders to align engagement, communication, and culture programs with broader people and business strategies.
  • Seek and leverage data and feedback (e.g., engagement surveys, sentiment insights, participation metrics) to evaluate impact and continuously improve the employee experience.
  • Champion Versaterm's values and culture, creating opportunities for employees to connect with our purpose and each other in meaningful ways.
  • Ensure a consistent but bespoke experience across locations and work models, creating a sense of belonging for both remote and in‑office team members.
  • Foster creativity and collaboration within the Employee Experience team, promoting innovation in how we engage and celebrate our people.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support team objectives, departmental needs, and overall organizational priorities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5‑7+ years of progressive experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a people‑manager capacity, in employee engagement, workplace experience, internal communications and/or talent management related roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Proven experience designing and executing company‑wide communications and engagement programs that strengthen culture and business outcomes.
  • Experience leading or overseeing in‑office operations or workplace experience teams.
