• Support professional employees located throughout Canada.
• Coach and support management in leadership development, performance & talent management, change management, employee engagement, HR and communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to keep the business informed on all recruitment activities and develop strategies to address recruitment challenges.
• Provide support to the Talent Acquisition area as needed during Co‑op recruitments.
• Design, review, develop and deliver programs and processes such as orientation, onboarding, performance management, engagement and annual leadership and skills development reviews.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legislative requirements.
• Influence HR strategies, policies and methods to continuously improve the HR team and Business Unit.
• Complete compensation assessments for new hires and internal employee changes.
• Draft internal Change of Terms letters.
• Conduct low‑risk investigations with curiosity and critical thinking.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A diploma/degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• CHRP/CPHR professional designation is an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in the Marine or Aviation Industry, or military preferred.
• Experience supporting the creation, development and implementation of HR business solutions for a wide range of customers.
• Experience in end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally to a variety of customers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality results in a timely manner.
• Eligibility for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
