Qualifications

Required Experience :

• Industry : 1+ year in Technical / IT Recruiting in Public Sector (Federal or Provincial)
• Education :
  Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
• Technical :
  Experience or exposure to working in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, Job App)
• Vertical :
  Knowledge and expertise in one or more verticals (IT, engineering, finance)
