** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Own and lead the end-to-end people strategy for different business units, acting as the single point of accountability for all HRBP matters.
* Translate global BU strategy into a workforce plan, ensuring alignment across talent, structure, capability, culture, and cost.
* Act as the primary HR advisor to business units, providing strategic counsel on organizational design, talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, and workforce optimization.
* Proactively identify organizational risks and opportunities; recommend and implement solutions aligned to business outcomes.
* Serve as a thought partner to BU leaders on scaling teams, enabling productivity, and building high-performance cultures
* Partner closely with the General Manager, VPs, Directors, and senior technical leaders to shape org design, leadership capability, and operating effectiveness.
* Serve as the trusted advisor and coach to leadership, providing candid counsel, data-driven insights, and pragmatic solutions.
** What We’re Looking For
***
* Education:
** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, 10+ years of progressive experience, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
** Experience
* ** HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership role.
* Proven experience partnering with executive leaders in complex, global, technology-driven organizations.
* Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
*
* Skills:
*** Strategic business partner – Translates business priorities into effective people strategies.
* Executive presence – Trusted advisor who confidently challenges and influences senior leaders.
* Org design & workforce expert – Shapes structure, capability, and scale for performance.
