We are looking for an Intermediate Project Manager for our client who meets the following criteria:

Onsite – at the DND facility in the NCR
- The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource(s) have an undergraduate degree from a recognized Canadian university, college, or the equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside Canada.
- The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource(s) have a minimum of twenty-four (24) months combined experience at a supervisory level working in a project environment related to equipment acquisition for the Government of Canada (GoC).
- The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource(s) have co‑authored in the development of at least one (1) statement of operational requirements (SOR) for a capital equipment acquisition project for the GoC in the last one hundred and twenty (120) months.
- The bidder should clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource(s) have obtained any one (1) of the following Certification(s)/Certificate(s) or degrees from a recognized Canadian university:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Public Administration (MPA)
- Canadian Army Technical Staff Officer (ATSO) Course
- The bidder should clearly demonstrate that within the last one hundred and twenty (120) months, the resource(s) have been the main author of a:
- Strategic Context Document
- Business Case Analysis
- Project Charter
- Statement of Operational Requirements
- Request for Information
- Request for Proposal
for a capital equipment acquisition project for the GoC.
- The bidder should clearly demonstrate that within the last sixty months (60) months, the resource(s) have experience working in or with the Department of National Defence (DND), Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC), Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), or Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on capital equipment acquisition projects
- The bidder should clearly demonstrate that within the last one hundred and twenty months (120) months, the resource(s) have experience working on or with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) on capital equipment acquisition projects.
