Intent of the process
The intent of this process is to build a dynamic pool of partially or essentially qualified DS‑02/DS‑03/DS‑04 candidates to fill current and future vacancies in the National Capital Region (NCR).

In order to situate a candidate within the DS classification level (DS‑02 versus DS‑03 versus DS‑04), a candidate’s Years of Relevant Experience (YREs) will be used, based on their academic qualifications and their relevant experience.
