The personnel research program encompasses several domains including Personnel Generation, Personnel and Family Support, Individual and Organizational Dynamics, Personnel Science Policy Integration, and Workforce Analytics.

Intent of the process
The intent of this process is to build a dynamic pool of partially or essentially qualified DS-02/DS-03/DS-04 candidates to fill current and future vacancies in the National Capital Region (NCR ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ).

Note:

In order to situate a candidate within the DS classification level (DS‑02 versus DS‑03 versus DS‑04), a candidate’s Years of Relevant Experience (YREs) will be used, based on their academic qualifications and their relevant experience.
