Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, this professional will be responsible for examining financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision‑making and financial planning. This position involves conducting financial analysis, account reconciliations and preparation of commissions to ensure accurate reporting. They will possess excellent attention to detail, proven problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Build relationships with and provide excellent customer service to the business unit(s)
• Completing the month‑end and quarter‑end close processes, by examining results, preparing journal entries and detailed balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting for senior management
• Tracking & examining revenue streams, salaries and commissions
• Preparing information requests and responding to questions during quarterly reviews and the annual audit
• Special projects & ad hoc reporting as required

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in financial analysis roles, accounting roles, or relevant experience
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary range: The potential salary for this position ranges from $48,000 to $57,500 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
