Job Description
Our client in the Non-Profit space is hiring for a part time Finance Administrator to join their team on a 2 month contract. This part time Finance Administrator will join a small finance team and provide immediate support with data entry and accounting system migration. This is a great opportunity for someone with entry-level experience in finance or accounting who is eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.This position is working in a part time model, working 3 days per week onsite in Ottawa. This is working 24 hours per week in total.
The role is part of a two-person finance department and is essential in supporting a transition from Sage to Quick Books.
Key Responsibilities
Enter financial data into Quick Books
Assist with data migration from Sage to Quick Books
Support general finance and administrative tasks as needed
Experience with Quick Books (entry-level to 2 years)
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of Sage and Excel
Awareness of budgeting processes
Education or background in finance
Requirement:
