About the Opportunity

Our client, a national law firm, has an immediate need for a corporate lawyer with experience in the areas of banking, finance and secured lending.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Providing legal advice on banking, finance and corporate matters

Advising clients on matters such as project and acquisition finance, secured lending and debt and equity capital markets

Mergers and acquisitions

Venture capital transactions

General corporate matters

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

3 or more years post-Call experience in the area of corporate law in private practice or in-house

Experience in the areas of banking, finance and secured lending

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent drafting skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Bilingualism as an asset

About the Job

Salary will range between $150K and $200K depending on experience.
