• Manage monthly financial close and consolidation processes
• Prepare supporting schedules and analysis for reporting and disclosures
• Collaborate with internal teams and business units to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Review financial submissions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness
• Maintain documentation to support internal controls and compliance requirements
• Support the integration of acquisitions into financial systems and reporting frameworks
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a relevant role
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Advanced Excel skills and solid experience with financial systems
• Strong understanding of IFRS
• Experience with consolidation or accounting systems assets (e.g., One Stream)

• $70,000 - $90,000 salary range
• 15% Bonus
