Reporting to the Branch Manager, the position holder performs various tasks in the branch warehouse and welcomes, advises, and processes orders for customers.
YOU ARE:
Customer service, courtesy, autonomy, knowledge of electrical products and a good grasp of Excel, Outlook and SX software (an asset).
- Greet clients at the counter, verify information requested and process orders on occasion.
- Verify product availability through computer search.
- Verify the accuracy of products ordered and the condition of products assembled in the warehouse.
- Help with inventory.
- Ensure that the counter and service areas are clean and orderly.
- All others relevant tasks.
- A secondary school diploma
- Experience in a relevant position
- Experience driving a forklift
