Responsibilities- Provide routine surveillance of the gaming floor, identifying potential problems such as poor game protection or suspicious individuals and act as a support unit to other departments in relation to the protection of company assets.
- Conduct reviews, write and complete reports and logs that could be used as evidence in legal matters regarding criminal charges against patrons or employees.
- Work under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and comply with all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
- Maintain an awareness of the gaming operation at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- A secondary school diploma, with preference for graduates with a Post‑Secondary education in Law and Security.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a security‑related field or gaming‑related positions (Cage, Slot, Table Games or Audit).
- Knowledge of computer applications.
- Casino surveillance or related surveillance experience an asset.
- The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
- Analytical, observational, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk distances.
- Ability to work in small spaces.
- Ability to watch computer screens for extended periods of time.
- Includes frequent standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, talking, hearing, tasting and smelling; specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
- May be exposed to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
- Duties are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, occasionally requiring presence on the casino floor.
- Exposures to casino‑related environmental factors, including excessive noise.
- Frequent lifting/pushing/pulling of up to 50 pounds.
