You will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team supporting the testing, production, and delivery of various avionics products. The group works closely with Test Engineering, Technical Design, Production, and Repair & Overhaul (R&O) teams to resolve technical issues, improve product performance, and meet customer delivery timelines.

As Sustaining Product Engineer, Your

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Performing problem analysis, root cause identification, and solution validation using specialized test equipment;
  • Executing processes related to Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and Change Impact Analyses (CIA);
  • Resolving hardware component obsolescence issues throughout the product lifecycle;
  • Generating accurate documentation including root cause analyses, procedures, and training materials;
  • Participating in cost estimation studies and electronic solution design;
  • Providing first-line technical support for production issues and defective units from R&O;
How To Excel In This Role
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a hardware electronics environment, preferably in high-tech industries;
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills in technical investigation and manufacturing problem solving;
  • Have proven expertise with test equipment in environmental chambers;
  • Be dynamic, autonomous, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills;
  • Be bilingual in French and English.
