• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally, from initial planning through successful completion.
• Representing the product line internally and externally, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers.
• Reporting on project status to key customers and collaborating with R&D teams to plan new developments and enhancements.

• Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or related fields.
• Proven experience managing customer expectations and communications.
• Background in Mixed‑Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience with quality management system processes and procedures.
• Ability to navigate and utilize tools in a Linux environment.
