You’re a strategic and adaptable leader with deep experience in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor project engineering management. You excel at guiding teams, communicating across functions, and driving project success. Your approach is collaborative, inclusive, and results-focused, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and mentor project engineering managers to achieve project goals.
• Oversee and improve project management processes across product lines.
• Track portfolio performance and analyze outcomes.
• Identify risks and guide teams on mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status to senior management and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams.

• Deliver successful, high-quality projects that drive innovation.
• Mentor and empower project managers.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and partnership.
• Strengthen Synopsys' technical leadership.
• Drive process improvements and best practices.
• Support development of advanced semiconductor solutions.

• Engineering or Applied Science degree (or equivalent).
• 10+ years’ experience in project management leadership and related fields.
• Expertise in managing customer expectations and project delivery.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in semiconductor, SOC, ASIC, or Mixed-Signal IP environments.
