- Prepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and reports for all asset classes across Canada
- Assist in market research and analysis of construction conditions in Canada
- Support Associate Directors in business development and proposal creation
- Identify opportunities for improving cost management procedures and internal systems
- Manage estimating, cost planning, and cost analysis for commercial, institutional, and residential projects
- Lead client and consultant interactions, ensuring project accountability and effective financial management
- Oversee post-contract cost variances, change control processes, and monthly cost report
- 4-5 years of MEP Estimating experience (preferably in real Estate)
- A recognized university degree in Construction or a related field
- Membership in a relevant professional organizations (i.e. RICS, CIQS, AACEI).
- Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset (i.e. MRICS, PQS, CCP)

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 - $110,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
