We are looking for a candidate with very strong computer aided design skills combined with willingness and ability to perform hands‑on laboratory characterization and testing.

• Design and Optimization: Conceive, design, analyze and develop compact low phase noise sources to meet aerospace and space operating environments.
• Testing and Measurement: Hands‑on laboratory testing and troubleshooting
• Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with a group of diverse and highly skilled engineering and production colleagues including mechanical /software/monitor& control/EPC/ thermal/thin film/etc.)
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation at the MIL STD level.

• Minimum: MSc in Engineering or Physics from an accredited university, with 5+ years’ experience in industry focused on signal source system design.
• Preferred:
  PhD in Engineering or Physics from an accredited university, with a thesis on signal source technology or a related topic with 3 years’ industry experience.
