Founded in 1992, Nanowave Technologies Inc. is vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of RF sensing and communications hardware.
The Nanowave group has more than 6,000 communications and SAR payload assemblies in orbit and more than 30,000 RF avionics assemblies on commercial and defense aerospace platforms.
Customers include many of the major space, aerospace, and defense OEMs in both the US and Europe.

- The ability and willingness to work as a member of a diverse team of professionals to meet the company's commitments to customers
We are looking for a candidate with very strong computer aided design skills combined with willingness and ability to perform hands‑on laboratory characterization and testing.
Responsibilities- Design and Optimization: Conceive, design, analyze and develop compact low phase noise sources to meet aerospace and space operating environments.
- Testing and Measurement: Hands‑on laboratory testing and troubleshooting
- Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with a group of diverse and highly skilled engineering and production colleagues including mechanical /software/monitor& control/EPC/ thermal/thin film/etc.)
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation at the MIL STD level.
- Minimum: MSc in Engineering or Physics from an accredited university, with 5+ years’ experience in industry focused on signal source system design.
- Preferred:
PhD in Engineering or Physics from an accredited university, with a thesis on signal source technology or a related topic with 3 years’ industry experience.
