A leading aerospace technology company in Ottawa is seeking a Mid-Senior level Engineer with strong design skills in RF systems. Ideal candidates will have an MSc or PhD in Engineering or Physics, with relevant industry experience in signal source system design. Responsibilities include conceiving and developing compact low phase noise sources, conducting hands-on laboratory testing, and collaborating with a skilled engineering team.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay ranging from CA $100,000 to CA $120,000 annually.
