Position purpose

This is an exciting opportunity as it’s a newly created role within the team. The incumbent provides strategic and engaging leadership in the design, implementation, and continuous transformation of digital experiential learning initiatives, emphasizing learner self-direction, flexibility, and local relevance. Through their vision, they drive the digital transformation of experiential learning at the institutional level, unite internal and external partners, and ensure the development of transferable skills essential to learner success.

Working with internal and external partners, they contribute to enhancing and differentiating existing digital pathways, and developing new ones, by integrating adapted experiential modules. They ensure the quality, alignment, and institutional coherence of the digital experiential offerings, supporting goals of innovation, accessibility, and local, national, and international outreach.

Simultaneously, they develop and lead the strategy for the development, implementation, and evolution of a portfolio of extracurricular micro-credentials aligned with the needs of a rapidly changing job market, promoting the acquisition, application, and mastery of transferable skills—both general ("soft skills") and technical (project management, digital skills, etc.).

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
