You Have
  • Strong communication and instructional design skills
  • Experience with content management systems and research databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Experience using DBTextWorks is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong literature search skills and understanding of Canadian copyright law
  • Commitment to customer service and user experience
  • Ability to understand some French (spoken and written)
  • Studies specializing in Library and Information Science, Information Management, or a related discipline
And This Is Totally You
  • Develop engaging training and onboarding content for staff
  • Conduct expert literature searches and curate information
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects including Knowledge Management and Mobilization Working Group
  • Support weekly librarian meetings and knowledge repository initiatives
