You are passionate about knowledge management and research. You love creating engaging training content, conducting literature searches, and supporting evidence-based decision-making. You are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments.

- Strong communication and instructional design skills
- Experience with content management systems and research databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Experience using DBTextWorks is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong literature search skills and understanding of Canadian copyright law
- Commitment to customer service and user experience
- Ability to understand some French (spoken and written)
- Studies specializing in Library and Information Science, Information Management, or a related discipline
- Develop engaging training and onboarding content for staff
- Conduct expert literature searches and curate information
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects including Knowledge Management and Mobilization Working Group
- Support weekly librarian meetings and knowledge repository initiatives
