The wage for this Practice Lead position is $28-$34/hourdepending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:
Lead, coach, and support the dental administrative team to drive productivity, engagement, and patient retention
Coordinate effective communication between front andback-officeteams
Manage patient concerns and conflicts, escalating to the Practice Manager as needed
Oversee and optimize appointment scheduling to meet daily production goals with minimal open chair time
Ensure pre-authorizations, appointment confirmations, and cancellation prevention processes are completed in advance
Engage new patients before and after their first visit to deliver a positive and consistent patient experience
About You:
Leadership experience is considered an asset
Clinical backgroundand experience with dental software programsis required
