Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and optimal oral health outcomes. Schedule

• Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Other days:
  Please indicate availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced dental software (Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix) for accurate documentation.
• Execute oral surgeries and dental extractions using aseptic techniques.
• Provide pediatric dentistry services.
• Deliver root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and other specialized treatments.
• Maintain high standards of infection control and adhere to safety protocols.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and post‑treatment care.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast‑paced environment, practicing four‑handed dentistry.
• Ensure accurate documentation of medical records while respecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Valid state dental license with current credentials to practice as an Associate Dentist.
• Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and extractions.
• Familiarity with Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for charting and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control, and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience performing root canal therapy and dental fabrication tasks; effective use of medical imaging techniques.
• Excellent patient care skills and clear communication of treatment plans.
• Experience in a busy dental office or clinic environment is preferred.
