Our client is building a pipeline of talented customer service professionals to support their National Service Desk team. This is an open call for candidates who are interested in being considered for future CSR opportunities within Member Services.
Working closely with the Manager of Member Services, Customer Service Representatives play a key role in ensuring inquiries related to information and fundraising are handled professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner. You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for responding to inquiries from donors and clients via phone and email, delivering a consistent and positive customer experience. We are particularly interested in candidates who thrive in a structured, scripted environment and are comfortable following established processes and communication guidelines.
Strong listening skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle a high volume of interactions are essential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or client care experience
- High school diploma
- Comfortable working within scripts and standardized messaging
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Confident escalating complaints or complex issues when required
- Strong time management and follow-through
- Comfortable tracking inquiries and maintaining accurate database records
- Proficient with phone and email correspondence
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Business, IT, or related field
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce an asset)
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort with databases
- Proficiency in Excel
