• Assist passengers with seating arrangements, luggage storage, and any special requests.

• Respond promptly and effectively to any in-flight emergencies or passenger concerns.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin throughout the flight.

• Provide first aid when necessary and handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.

• Collaborate with the flight deck crew and fellow cabin crew members for smooth operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Professional appearance and grooming in accordance with airline standards.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they meet the basic requirements and training standards.

• Flexible work schedule with shifts based on flight operations.

• Includes weekends, holidays, and overnight international travel.
