Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. Work location: Ottawa (1200 St.Laurent blvd)
Schedule- You must be available between 8:00 AM and 8 :00 PM Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8:00 to 5:00 PM. (35H schedule)
- For the first 3 months of training, we will ask you to be in the office up to 4 days per week as coordinated by your trainer.
- From 4 to 6 months (incubation), the requirement is 2 days per week in-office as coordinated by your Unit Manager.
- After 6 months, the requirement is 1 day per week in office as coordinated by your Unit Manager
- We may occasionally ask you to work in the office more than once per week to support your success and growth, particularly for company events, training, team meeting, or to help you improve your metrics.
- Play a key role in optimally protecting our customers' most valuable assets by advising them on appropriate insurance products, answering their product questions and guiding them through the next steps.
- Analyze individual customer needs, promote and cross-sell home and auto insurance products and services.
- Handle inbound calls, in both English and French, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Accept and efficiently process payment method changes, ensuring that customer accounts are updated in an accurate and timely manner.
- Handle telephone and electronic inquiries from existing customers in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
