Ontario Medical Supply is partnered for success with Royal Drugs, a healthcare company providing specialty pharmacy, infusion therapy, and retail pharmacy services.
PurposeAs part of the Customer Care Order Desk team, this role provides outstanding customer service by processing orders and inquiries received through various sources, including those from healthcare agencies, long‑term care facilities, and individual clients or caregivers.

- Process client orders for service, equipment, supplies, oxygen, and pharmaceuticals, including rentals.
- Receive orders by phone, email, or fax.
- Process direct client payments.
- Issue client billings.
- Process third‑party billings to various payers.
- Maintain proper documentation for third‑party billing purposes.
- Address overdue account balances, organize call schedule, and arrange payment plans.
- Attend to clients and resolve client concerns by phone, email, and in‑person.
- Identify and action opportunities to improve client service.
- Create/maintain client contacts and customer cards and validate information with customers as required.
- Generate various internal service team reports.
- File service orders upon completion.
- Assist in ensuring returned rental equipment is returned. >
- Prepare parts requests and follow up as needed.
- Prepare quotes as needed.
Process inventory orders as needed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with administrative procedures and office duties.
- Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Completion of post‑secondary education in an administrative or related field of study is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
- Bilingual (French/English) is required.
- Strong initiative and ability to work proficiently in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to time manage, remain organized and prioritize work.
- Enthusiastic, dependable and action oriented, with keen willingness to learn and improve on existing skill set.
- Commitment to deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
