Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Stittsville is currently seeking candidates that are passionate about sales, health and wellness. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services. With over 500 North American locations, Hand & Stone is a leader in the membership‑based spa service industry.

We are seeking a key player who thrives in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. Our Spa Associates are a critical link by contributing to our customers receiving nothing short of an exceptional spa experience!

• Welcome and greet clients/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper office procedures / file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Display a positive, energetic attitude
• Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
• Perform various other duties as assigned

• 1‑3 years experience working in a customer service or membership‑driven environment
• Experience working in a sales and/or hospitality environment is considered an asset
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work as a team player and independently

Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
