About the RoleDue to business growth, we are seeking a creative and versatile Creative Content Specialist to support the QNX in‑house brand and digital design team. This is a brand new role, combining classic design expertise with new digital workflows, including emerging Generative AI tools
, to create compelling visuals for web, social media, presentations, events, and campaigns.
It all starts with you! You will have proven skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
, be highly self‑organized, and can translate complex ideas into engaging visual stories. You will collaborate with designers, social media managers, copywriters, and agencies to ensure consistent, innovative and brand‑aligned outputs across all channels. A key focus of the role is presentation design and visual storytelling to help craft impactful diagrams, infographics, and data‑driven narratives.
- Support the in‑house design team in creating brand‑aligned visual content for presentations, website, social media, and events.
- Use GenAI tools (e.g., Mid Journey, Krea AI, Runway, …) to generate and refine images and videos.
- Develop infographics, diagrams, and data visualizations in collaboration with product marketing.
- Lead presentation design, building engaging PowerPoint decks with impactful diagrams, charts, and visual storytelling assets in collaboration with copywriters.
- Partner with the Senior Social Media Manager to adapt visuals for Linked In, X, You Tube, Reddit, WeChat, and other platforms.
- Create social‑first graphics, motion snippets, and templates for ongoing content publishing.
- Produce quick‑turnaround image and video variations, using GenAI, After Effects or Premiere Pro ensuring speed and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on social trends and platform formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Design layouts for presentations, whitepapers, sales PDFs, and event materials.
- Adapt existing visuals for multi‑channel use (digital, event, social, print).
- Ensure all outputs comply with QNX brand guidelines and global standards.
- Support booth design, signage, print, and branded swag.
- Deliver visually consistent event assets across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Contribute via the ticketing system for structured work intake and delivery.
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer, Social Media Manager, Creative Media Manager (video/photo), and Website team.
- Co‑lead and coordinate with external agencies supporting design production.
- Independently manage smaller tasks and design projects with minimal supervision.
- Stay up to date on design, GenAI, and digital marketing trends.
- Bring new ideas for improving the creative process and design efficiency.
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects & Premiere Pro are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Hands‑on experience with Generative AI visual tools (Mid Journey, Runway, Krea AI, ChatGPT workflows).
- Proven presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong grasp of digital and print design principles.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- The ability to manage multiple tasks/stakeholders.
- Degree/diploma in graphic or multimedia design (or equivalent).
- Experience in B2B tech or software industries.
- Familiarity with social‑media‑first design and adapting content across channels.
- Working knowledge of lightweight content tools (Canva, Cap Cut, InShot).
- Experience with project/ticketing systems (Monday, Jira, Asana).
- Basic knowledge of CMS editing (Adobe Experience Manager or similar).
