Role Summary
We currently have Project Coordinator co‑op opportunities for talented and technically inclined students who enjoy a wide variety of tasks, learn quickly, and want to contribute to a successful and growing company. These roles offer hands‑on experience, creative challenges, and opportunities to develop new skills.
This is a 12-16 month co-op term starting in May 2026, working out of our Ottawa region office and/or site locations.

This co‑op role provides students with meaningful exposure to real project operations and the chance to work closely with experienced industry professionals. It allows students to see firsthand how project teams coordinate work, maintain schedules, solve challenges, and bring buildings to life. Co‑op students play an important role in supporting successful project delivery while building valuable technical and professional skills that cannot be gained in a classroom.
This experience helps develop the next generation of project leaders for Modern Niagara and the construction industry.
