You as a Pre Construction Manager will be responsible for:Develop client relationships to successfully deliver ongoing projects and to identify/create/position and pursue business opportunitiesIdentify and pursue future business opportunities for Ellis Don Building in various sectorsReview and assessment of all RFP documentation and requirements and analysis of project requirements and development of a strategy focused on the winning the opportunityManage, build, and maintain relationships with the client and the client's project design teamAssist with the development of proposals and management of the design team in developing compliant and aggressive design solutions in response to RFP requirements including coordination of all disciplinesAssist in the management and leadership of pre-construction service process for ICI or ICI-related projectsIs this the right role for you?
