About the Role:

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate andpetitive estimates formercial, institutional, and industrial mechanical projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to ensure bids areplete, timely and aligned with client expectations.

Thepany typically estimates projects ranging from $10,000 to $10 million.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for plumbing and mechanical scopes

Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents

Perform material takeoffs and labour calculations

Solicit, analyze, andpare subcontractor and supplier pricing

Participate in bid closings and tender submissions

Support project teams with budgeting and project planning

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams

Qualifications:

3+ years of estimating experience in plumbing or mechanical contracting

Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and construction practices

Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications

Excellent organization,munication, and attention to detail

Experience with mercial or institutional construction is an asset
