** We are a warm and caring family in Westboro Beach, Ottawa, ON, looking for a live-out nanny to care for our newborn and assist with light household cleaning and meal preparation. The newborn was only 1 month old (as of May 2025). This position will begin
** as a part-time role
** for a trial period, with a gradual transition to
** full-time (30–35 hours/week)
** once maternity leave ends (estimated October 2025). The ideal candidate will be nurturing, reliable, and comfortable working with infants and around a family household.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Childcare Duties:**- Provide loving and attentive care for a newborn
- Follow feeding, sleep, bath and diaper routines
- Support the baby’s development with age-appropriate activities
- Keep baby-related items clean and organized (e.g., bottles, toys, clothes)
** Household Duties:**- Light cleaning (kitchen, bathroom, vacuuming, tidying common areas)- Laundry (including baby clothes)- Light meal preparation or basic cooking as needed
- Maintain a neat and organized home environment---###
** Requirements:**- Experience caring for infants (newborn experience strongly preferred)- Availability for a part-time trial with a transition to full-time
