Job Summary

CSA Group has an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager in the Registry Services program, reporting to the Program Manager, Registry Services. As Registry Project Manager, the successful candidate will support CSA Group’s Greenhouse Gas (GHG) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) registry platforms. In this position, you will support voluntary, compliance‑based GHG registries as well as the EPD registry operations. You will process registry requests and will have daily customer interactions on the registry platform.

Responsabilités
  • Support all aspects of administration for the CSA Group Registry Services, which presently include GHG registries and the EPD registry.
  • Work with IT and Finance teams to ensure effective operation of platforms.
  • Provide and track Registry metrics to ensure proper recording of all pertinent data and adherence to all process controls.
  • Manage day‑to‑day registry activities, including monitoring inbox, issuing invoices, responding to customer inquiries and processing requests.
  • Administer registry activities on CSA’s registry platforms, completing registry requests, troubleshooting and liaising with IT or other departments when necessary.
  • Work directly with clients submitting applications to the registries, assisting clients with questions and providing support where necessary.
  • For GHG registries:
    Review GHG project and inventory reports and verification reports for conformity to the ISO 14064 series standards to be listed on the CSA GHG Registries.
  • For Environmental Product Declaration (EPD):
    Review Environmental product declarations for conformity to the ISO 14025 standard to be listed on the CSA EPD Registry.
  • Providing support to IT team on registry platform functionality and upgrades.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Environment and Business, Environmental Resource Studies. Other disciplines could be considered based on knowledge and background.

  • Candidates with proficiency in French will be given special consideration.
  • For candidates hired in Quebec, French proficiency is a requirement.
  • English proficiency is a requirement to accommodate our clients outside of Quebec.

#CSASTANDARDS

The typical hiring range for this position is $86,160 - $100,000 CAD gross annually. The actual base pay offered will depend on factors such as education, licenses, certifications and experience. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
