Our client is a top national law firm with multiple offices across Canada. They are hiring an experienced and talented Specialist, Business Development, to join their national Clients & Markets team on a 12-month contract. As a Specialist, Business Development you will support lawyers and practice groups by executing national practice plans, managing client events, preparing proposals and pitches, tracking business development activities, and contributing to the firm’s brand and marketing initiatives. You will also maintain CRM data, report on business pipeline and ROI, and collaborate with colleagues across Clients & Markets and Business Services teams.

• 3+ years experience in business development or marketing, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong project and time management skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and CRM experience
• High-energy, proactive, discreet, and confident engaging senior management
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
