• Developing and managing the complex BTY proposal submissions in response to RFQs, RFIs and RFPs.
• Researching and writing various proposal sections, including but not limited to executive summaries, project descriptions, qualification summaries, capability statements and CVs as required.
• Collaborating with the Marketing and Pursuits team and wider technical departments to create proposal narratives, compile key experience data, success stories.
• Support the implementation of new and improved processes to BTY proposal production.
• Accountable for the client service as app
• High degree of confidentially and handling of commercially sensitive information liaising directly with Directors and their departments as applicable to proposals.
• Advises others producing proposals on appropriate structure and presentation to ensure consistent response to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of proven end to end ownership of proposal process from opportunities search, to bid development, strategy and submission.
• Experience working within the construction/real estate/ infrastructure sector is desirable.
• High proficiency in Office 365, including Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Solid understanding of procurement portals for opportunity search and matching profile setup.
• Must be proficient in English and French

The typical hiring range for this Ottawa role is $70,000-$90,000 CAD per year. This represents base salary only, not total compensation, and BTY Group may offer more or less depending on a candidate's experience and qualifications. Compensation takes into account education, training, experience, location, market factors, and internal alignment. In line with Ontario Pay Transparency rules, a candidate's past salary will not be considered in determining pay.
