Business Process ConsultantWe are actively seeking
Business Process Consultants. The ideal candidates are senior Business Process Consultants with a minimum of 5 years experience
within the federal government.The required services may include, but are not limited to the following:
reviewing existing work processes and organizational structureanalyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvementsmapping existing processes and developing and mapping recommended new processes, changesanalyzing business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flowsproviding advice on key initiatives that enable the organization to deploy high-impact business processes that are focused, accountable and measurableidentifying candidate processes for re-designproviding advice in defining new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutionsidentifying and providing preliminary costs of potential optionsproviding advice in developing and integrating process and information models between processes to eliminate information and process redundanciesidentifying, recommending and planning new processesproviding advice on and/or assisting in implementing new processesidentifying the required modifications to the automated processesusing business, workflow and organizational tools and documenting workflowdeveloping policies, procedures and guidelinesconducting reviews and developing implementation strategiesdeveloping training and information sessions and mentoring on business processesanalyzing and defining business processes related to both "as Is" "to be" statusDesired Skills and Experience (must be clearly demonstrated in Resume/CV)University Degree in a related field or a Certification and an appropriate combination of experience and expertise - a preference will be given to candidates with specializations in related fields;A minimum of five (5) cumulative years for Intermediate and ten (10) cumulative years for Senior of demonstrated business process experience, demonstrating the ability to provide client references for each project identified;Expert level proficiency with MS Suite of tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;A minimum of five (5) years working with the Federal Government of Canada including departments and agencies; andThe ability to provide copies of all Education, Certifications and Training for contract award purposes.Security ClearanceCandidates must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance to a minimum of Level I - Enhanced Reliability.
In order to meet this requirement, candidates must be Canadian Citizens, having lived in Canada for a minimum of five (5) years. Candidates residing outside of Canada or those who have not resided in Canada for a minimum of five (5) years will not be given consideration.
